I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vanessa Mendez from Digestive Medicine in Pembroke Pines and their staff. From the moment I walked in , everyone was welcoming and professional. Dr. Mendez took time to ask and listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean, efficient, and well organized. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Highly recommend this practice.
I went in for a doctor visit and mentioned I was experiencing pain — big mistake. Even though I have a PPO and paid my copay, the office reclassified my visit from a standard office visit to a "diagnostic visit." Why? Because the doctor "brilliantly diagnosed" me with abdominal pain — exactly what I had told them in the first place. As a result, I was charged extra on top of my copay. Total rip-off. It feels like they’re finding ways to bill more just because you mention a symptom. Totally unethical. Watch out! month

I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor's office. The doctor was a no-show for my appointment, and I only found out through a last-minute voicemail, which I didn't catch in time. Despite receiving multiple automated text messages confirming my appointment and check-in, the actual service didn't match the communication. The front desk person I interacted with was not helpful and seemed dismissive, making the check-in process take over an hour. Excelente servicio, desde que haces la cita por teléfono te ofrecen distintas oficinas. Escojí la de Pembroke, fueron muy amable al yo llegar. Esperé en la sala muy poco fui llamada a vitales y a los minutos fui llamada por la Dra. Explica muy claro, quedé muy complacida, ahora próximamente tendré el estudio que ella recomendó. Recomendado 100%.
