Terrible experience with Dr. Hetzel. It was a "his way or the highway" approach with absolutely no compassion. He was condescending and seemed shocked that I knew medical terms and asked "Are you in healthcare?" He was also giving false information about the safety of long term medication.
Some white noise machines would be nice. Walls and doors are paper thin. I can hear every other patient's private information which means they can hear mine. Prescriptions, symptoms, medical history, etc were crystal clear. The more I've thought about this, the more it absolutely infuriates me. This is a clear violation of patient privacy.
Dr Hetzel was very rude to me. Had absolutely no bedside manner. I am a cancer patient and he made me feel like I was a nobody. He was hateful. I asked to be referred to another doctor in that group and was denied. A patient has a right to see who they want to. They could care less about you or your problem!
