So far, my experience has been very good. Dr Alan Cutler was my physician for a medical procedure that had known existing complications going in that other physicians were challenged with. Initial visit to discuss and schedule procedure went well. Thankfully, the actual procedure went well. Post procedure reporting went well. Hopefully, future prognosis is good.

To echo sentiment of those that have already expressed displeasure, my 2 month venture lead to 600+ dollars in co-pays with my insurance that is typically very good, and a doctor that said they didn't know what the issue was. Embarrassing for them. Sought input elsewhere and had my issue immediately resolved. Highly suggest avoiding this practice.

I hate to do this; I have been a patients for many years. This past week I have had some severe intestinal problems in the evenings. Called Wed, was told my dr would call back when he got the msg. End of day, he hadn't called. I called the next day, I was told he wasn't even in the office. I asked whether I could speak with another dr, was told I could get an appt in late September. Yep! Was a patient for 7 years. Doctors are great here but the office staff for every location is incompetent and doesn’t truly care about the patient which translates to a bad experience overall. Unless your scheduling an appointment, you can never get a hold of a live person at any location and they can take anywhere from 7-days to 2-weeks to get back to you. Explained to the office staff that I couldn’t schedule a procedure for about a month until I could get help paying for it through my employment and was told that was fine.... read more
