The dealership is friendly and very experienced. They listen to your needs and don't rush to put you in a car. I thought they delivered great service.
Online used car sales coordinator Desiree omitted pertinent information about vehicle when directly asked if it was a smokers vehicle solely to get me into the dealership. Stopped responding to my questions after inquiring about smoking and never followed up with me. What an absolute waste of my time, do not deal with these people. The sales representative Austin on the other hand was a very nice individual, its unfortunate Desiree cost him a potential sale.

She also did not come into work on Monday until 12:30 p.m. You called in and spoke to Dana Davis @ 10:33 a.m. and did not ask anything bout the smoke smell on the 17 Alltrack. We purchased a certified 2021 Telluride here and it was by far the worst car buying experience of the 30+ cars I've purchased in my lifetime. They tried to tack on a $1695 certification charge, $299 vin etching, and $695 doc fee all on top of the advertised price. After some negotiation, we agreed on price and made the 3 hour drive to come buy the car. Good service and my car was ready faster than expected. I took a shuttle home and then had them pick me up which was great. Diagnostic charge for a service was a bit expensive but otherwise, experience was positive.
