I scheduled a service appointment for a safety recall a week ago. I drove in early and waited in line as the person working the checkin was basically ignoring the very short line of cars. I waited patiently for 20 minutes as this person walked nearby a half dozen times without making any effort to come to my car (and he was just goofing off much of the time). Although the experience was overall a good one, there were a few things that could have been done better. 1. When you tell someone you are “giving” them something, don’t turn around and charge them for it. Make sure they know they are being charged. 2. Give a better review of the vehicle being purchased if it is coming from another dealership. Don’t just assume the buyer knows all the details.

Purchasing a vehicle here was fantastic! Sammy Chow gave a professional detailed rundown on my vehicle. He gave me the best options for the purchase of my vehicle. He was very patient and affirmative with every single thing. Would definitely recommend him and the rest of this Kia team for future buyers!
