Extremely pleasant and kept fully apprised of service and time it would take. Snacks and conversation with personnel always a pleasure. Service checkin personnel, usually Andrew, knows me by name and knows the answer to any concerns I might have
They were very professional and polite. They took care of my car and my needs
Ms. Ashley was awesome in helping me get my car in sooner than I was originally schedule for for my routine maintenance appointment. She was able to give me estimates for upcoming needed service as well as keeping me apprised all along the way while my car was serviced. She also checked on me periodically with regard to the dealership amenities.
Ashley kept me up-to-date on the service of my car. The dealership also washed my car and made sure it was clean upon delivery.
Great customer service from the service department. My concern was taken seriously and fixed in a timely manner.
The only negative thing I could say about the dealership is that your appointment is at least a month in the future. However the service attendant was very nice and polite in the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and I will definitely come back again. I have had very good rapport with my salesman Brian Buxton he has been very good and helpful
I never had a problem with any one at this dealership, I'm happy with them.
