Dr. Kelso, Dr. Anthony, Lea, Ashley Lucia, and Nicky- The dynamic staff and dream team 🤗 I was referred to this orthodontist by a co-worker. I don’t know about you, but customer service is extremely important to me. I can go to my favorite restaurant and order my favorite meal, but if the customer service is bad it ruins the whole experience. That is not the case with Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics. A fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and kept me well-informed every step of the way. I couldn’t be more impressed.
It is super humbling to be an adult and having to go back through braces because I was too stubborn to wear a retainer when I was a teenager. I've ghosted many orthodontists because of their less than stellar vibes. I know what I did wrong and I'm trying to fix it - let's move on... Dietrich & Kelso (specifically the Riverview office) is absolutely AMAZING. Everyone seems like they truly enjoy working there and it's a relaxing environment. The staff and receptionist are just phenomenal! I'm so glad my Dentist refered me. I didn't believe him when he said there's nothing like this place, he sends everyone here for cosmetics. I am a believer.
