Went to the service department for an oil change on 9/18/18 for my 8:30 appointment. My service tag number was #5558. Waited in waiting room and customers came and went came and went. I checked in several times to see what was going on. Response was, “oh they working on it.” 2 hours later at 10:30 asked to speak to service manager. He went to check and said he doesn’t understand what happened. They haven’t even started on the oil change yet. 2 hours of waiting and checking in and car has never been serviced.
