Shady selling practices of trying to put you in a vehicle you dont want. They will say the one you want is sold, but how about I put you in "X". Then find out from another salesman that the vehicle you wanted, didnt sell. Granted the salesman that finally worked with me was willing to make a sell. Robert Cook may put his face everywhere about reading your concerns, but that is it. He doesn't not care enough to follow up or contact you. No matter how many times you call into the dealership, he is out. Service is also horrible... read more

The experience for me was excellent! Morris St. Julien is an amazing salesperson to work with. I went initially thinking i could only get something used. I left in a spanking brand new ride with all types of bumper to bumper coverage, and the price was very affordable for me. Everyone from the GM to the financial officer were so nice and pleasant. This is my second vehicle from Sterling Buick, Opelousas. I encourage anyone to go their first before going anywhere else.
Great experience!!! We were in and out in a matter of a few hours. Our salesman was Joe Fields . He went above and beyond to make the sale!!! After going to another dealership in the same area and being treated poorly, we decided to give Sterling a try. I really appreciated Joes honest and straightforward approach.
