Great experience! Brooks Richard found the vehicle I wanted even though they didn’t have it in stock. The whole process was quick and pleasant! Couldn’t ask for better service!
My truck(with 12k miles) sat at service department 11 days and they did not fix any issues(or try to). Service manager was very rude and told me could not be fixed without codes. I contacted Mr. Cook and truck was fixed the next day. I received a survey email about my experience. I explained I was upset with service manager. This morning I received an email from Service manager telling me "to look in the mirror " . Horrible customer service. No customer should be treated in such a way. David Aucoin
