The receptionist Holly is horrible. She called and scheduled the appointment the previous day and acted oblivious to it the very next. After her being incredibly rude I went back to my call log to find the exact time/date she spoke with me and of course the mood changed. She is really the worst!! And after all that I still have to come BACK Tuesday! Hopefully she’s off and my braces are fixed.
