Today at the Mentor, Ohio location the food was average at best. the resturant was filthy, and I was overcharged. I asked for an itemized receipt and the person at the register said they couldnt do that. the person cutting the meat kept touching his face with his food prep gloves on while making our meals. Very poor presentation.
Plenty of other bbq places nearby that’s much better value and taste than Dickey’s.

Had a great first experience at this location yesterday. Food was better than expected, crew was very attentive and friendly. Did NOT leave hungry or disappointed. Heading back soon to check out more menu items.
Food was absolutely amazing! The portions were way bigger than expected and was fresh and you couldn’t beat the prices! The workers were very informative of the best choices and most sold! 20/10 recommend if you love pulled pork etc!!! The picture is my leftovers, which is a lot!
Who else would have thought of brisket on Mac and cheese?? Wow!!

Ate here for the first time and good and staff was amazing! If you haven't tried it, I highly commend it!
HORRIBLE service. Got takeout to my hotel and the brisket was burned and dry. The sides were under filled (which was fine because I almost puked when I tasted the green bean stuff). I tried calling to talk to a manager, but nobody answered the phone.
