This store has just gained a customer for life!!!! Door dash messed up my order and wouldn't fix it. The manger and GM went over and beyond to help me!!!!. They hand delivered my food to me and fixed all my issues! You all are amazing!
Been trying to get a refund for 6 days called 3-5 times still out my 29.00. It’s a shame I actually like Dickey’s but the customer service is sub par.
stopped in tonight for some great Barbecue. They did not disappoint. awesome food and staff was very nice. place was clean . great job!!
Horrible food with no flavor, small portions, burned bread, tough fatty brisket and ridiculous pricing.I ordered from Uber eats or I would have returned the food immediately. The pictures are of the burned bread and small extremely fatty potion of brisket. There is supposed to be 1 pound of brisket in the picnic pack. There is no way you will convince me those 3 slices weigh 4 ounces each. I paid $32.99 + tax for the picnic pack. After being Disgusted by the bread and meat I have not even looked at the sides
Awsome food at a great price
My husband and I decided to have bbq delivered by door dash. The food looked great online, but when it got here we were disappointed. The portions are so small for $10.95 a plate. The chopped brisket was decent, but neither of us liked the pulled pork. The sides taste like they came from a can. The Mac and cheese is comparable to kfc Mac and cheese 🤮 the potato salad didn’t look like any that we had ever eaten before. the best thing we got out of our whole meal was the brisket and spicy bbq sauce.
