I ordered the ribs meal, two tacos and fries. An hour and half later the restaurant contacted our DoorDash driver that they don’t have the beef tacos I had ordered and got a confirmation for. The driver (not the restaurant) contacted me and told me they were out of the beef tacos but could do a beef sandwich. Since we were getting extremely hungry as we waited for our order I said a sandwich was fine. I don't appreciate being treated like a goddamn leper because I have a medical condition that I can't wear a mask. I go INSIDE because I can see what I'm getting and I can tell you which section I want. going through the drive thru is a crap shoot that rarely works out.

Love this place , NOT THIS LOCATION. Had a hard time ordering onlineso I called. Ordered the XL Pack and a kids meal. They forgot the kids meal!!! Didn't get pickles and onions, whatever, BUT THE KIDS MEAL?!! COM'ON NOW!! So I call and was put on hold. 15 minutes on hold before I hung up and tried to call back. Only to receive " can not be completed as dialed or the line is busy" it was 6:58pm when I first called it's now 7:30pm and line is still not going through!!! I'm a big fan of this franchise JUST NOT THIS LOCATION!
