    Today I took my new truck in for service. Jason Diehl that we had bought the truck from saw us . We explained why we were in service and he went out of his way to help Jason, my son, and I. The service desk could use some classes in customer service. Jason, my son, explained why an economy car wouldn't work when we had brought in a 4X4 Ford 350 to get fixed that we had bought less than 30 days before . Jason Diehl got us a loaner truck so that my Jason would be able to carry on his business that he works 7 days a week at. Jason Diehl is the reason we continue to come back to Dick Smith Ford. Jason Diehl is courteous, fun to talk with, and goes out of his way to help Jason and I.

    Lenny Johnson was awesome to work with and got me exactly the vehicle I wanted at an awesome price! He even came in on his day off to accommodate me. Dick Smith and Lenny I would do business with again!
