Dick Smith Ford gave us a fantastic deal when buying a car !! We are so pleased in our dealings with Dick Smith that we have already referred our family and friends to this dealership ! Jeff B is an owner of this dealership and he personally ensured everything went smooth from start to finish. He is fantastic to deal with and by far had the best pricing on all the cars we looked at!! I recently helped my daughter buy her first used car. While at Dick Smith Ford, they were very nice. Once you drive off the lot, it’s a different story. After 3 months, 3 breakdowns and $1600 in repairs, it’s painfully obvious that the car was never checked out. Repeated phone calls for assistance were never returned. The third party warranty we were pressured to purchase was supposed to be bumper to bumper. Come to find out it covers everything that isn’t bumper to bumper which is basically nothing.
