Dick Smith Ford here in Raytown has lost a customer for ever. We tried to by a used vehicle, looked at it last night, got the finacing in line today, went back to take a better look and make the deal. We let them know we have are own finacing and asked what wiggle room was on the price. (Keeping in mind that they offered to lower the price by $500 if we bought it last night.)
