Need 10 or 20 stars! I needed 10 stars for a true rating. Between our salesman, Curt, and their Finance Manager, Bret, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am 56 years old! Curt explained everything to me fully, made sure I was aware of all the new safety implementations on the Kia Exclaim and even showed me how to hook up the bluetooth connection for my new phone that I can barely operate myself! sportage Barry was great. I would send all my friends and family his way in a heartbeat. He was so charming and very funny, not pushy like most of the sales people I have had the displeasure of meeting. It was very refreashing to know that there are some salesmen like Barry out there. Consistantly great service! Every time I have taken my car in to Dick Hannah Kia for service, they are very professional, friendly, and pay attention to detail. Jessica, the Service Advisor, and Kevin, the head mechanic, do a great job. The work is done quickly but thoroughly.
Don't understand I have no clue how this place scores so highly. I had the worst-car-dealer-experience ever there. The sales staff was VERY pushy, we actually had to get back into the car and roll up our windows to get him to back off. I've heard from friends about their staff before, only now I know they were telling the truth.
Terrible Customer Service We have faithfully brought our vehicle, which we bought new at Dick Hannah Kia, in for scheduled maintenance every 7,500 miles. We have never been wonderfully happy with the customer service overall, but it has been acceptable. During our last scheduled maintenance appointment we were told that the battery suddenly went dead while our vehicle was at the dealership.
