No Title I have owned 4 Kia's; I started servicing my cars in 2002, the service Manager then Tim was outstanding and I kept going to this service Dept. because of the service I received from him even thou I was receiving offers from other Kia's dealerships. I recent took my 2006 Kia Spectra for its 37,500 miles and Jessica who is now the service Manager provided me with great service as well.
Thank You! My first impression with Dick Hannah in general was no pressure. I casually walked through 3 lots without being hounded by sales people. I finally stopped at the Kia store. After looking around a while I was asked if I had any questions. At that time I politely declined. When I was ready I went inside where David Wakeman asked if I needed some help. Great Service We bought our car from Dick Hannah Kia (mitsubishi back then) in 2005 and have been customers ever since. We signed up for customers for life. My husband and I had talked about going to a place for a "cheaper" service, however always came back to Kia. The service is fantastic. The service team is extremely friendly. And I know that when it comes time to purchase a new car Dick Hannah Kia will be our #1 stop!
Need 10 or 20 stars! I needed 10 stars for a true rating. Between our salesman, Curt, and their Finance Manager, Bret, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am 56 years old! Curt explained everything to me fully, made sure I was aware of all the new safety implementations on the Kia Exclaim and even showed me how to hook up the bluetooth connection for my new phone that I can barely operate myself! What a team of people! We had two cars, one broke down and we realized life couldn't go on as normal with 3 kids and activities. Dick Hannah Kia was one of the first places we talked to. Brian Johnson emailed pretty instantly, also called with a great quote and told us how simple the process was. We of course talked with other dealers but the quotes never came close to the basic model we were looking for. Great online experience! Dick Hannah Kia is one of only a few dealers who even understand online auto purchasing. When I contact dealers to make a purchase, I already know the exact model I want, have my financing in place, and am interested in bottom line price only. sportage Barry was great. I would send all my friends and family his way in a heartbeat. He was so charming and very funny, not pushy like most of the sales people I have had the displeasure of meeting. It was very refreashing to know that there are some salesmen like Barry out there.
