Great Service We bought our car from Dick Hannah Kia (mitsubishi back then) in 2005 and have been customers ever since. We signed up for customers for life. My husband and I had talked about going to a place for a "cheaper" service, however always came back to Kia. The service is fantastic. The service team is extremely friendly. And I know that when it comes time to purchase a new car Dick Hannah Kia will be our #1 stop!
What a team of people! We had two cars, one broke down and we realized life couldn't go on as normal with 3 kids and activities. Dick Hannah Kia was one of the first places we talked to. Brian Johnson emailed pretty instantly, also called with a great quote and told us how simple the process was. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER I LOVE MY CAR. I recently bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger from Dick Hannah's and am satisfied with the efficient costumer service I was given. It was a great buy and painless. People like Mike Ragsdale make buying cars easy. My loans got approved quickly and the process was simple. I am the happiest I've been in a long time. Great, Friendly Service Dick Hannah KIA service was great to deal with when I recently had a problem with my car. They were able to get me a next day appointment, and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the part, all free under warranty! The service director Thinh and the assistant service manager Jessica made sure everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah KIA service department to anyone!

Consistantly great service! Every time I have taken my car in to Dick Hannah Kia for service, they are very professional, friendly, and pay attention to detail. Jessica, the Service Advisor, and Kevin, the head mechanic, do a great job. The work is done quickly but thoroughly.
Don't understand I have no clue how this place scores so highly. I had the worst-car-dealer-experience ever there. The sales staff was VERY pushy, we actually had to get back into the car and roll up our windows to get him to back off. I've heard from friends about their staff before, only now I know they were telling the truth.
Great Service! My Husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from the Kia Service Team of Steve, Mike, and John in the last 24 months. I have my salesman Steve on speed dial if I need anything. We also need to include Joe, Barry and Brett. Saturday, June 17, 2012 we purchased 3 of those 6 vehicles.
