COULDN'T BE HAPPIER I LOVE MY CAR. I recently bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger from Dick Hannah's and am satisfied with the efficient costumer service I was given. It was a great buy and painless. People like Mike Ragsdale make buying cars easy. My loans got approved quickly and the process was simple. I am the happiest I've been in a long time. Tricky salesmen We bought a KIA here and so far we love our Korean made SUV. When we were trying to figure out what we wanted to do the salesman asked for the key to our car so it could be evauluated for trade-in value. We had to ask for our key repeatedly and it was like he had us hostage. My wife really liked the SUV so we bought it, but I would not have. I will never go back there again and I have purchased two rigs from them...I have learned my lesson.

Great, Friendly Service Dick Hannah KIA service was great to deal with when I recently had a problem with my car. They were able to get me a next day appointment, and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the part, all free under warranty! The service director Thinh and the assistant service manager Jessica made sure everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Great Service! My Husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from the Kia Service Team of Steve, Mike, and John in the last 24 months. I have my salesman Steve on speed dial if I need anything. We also need to include Joe, Barry and Brett. Saturday, June 17, 2012 we purchased 3 of those 6 vehicles.
