RecommendedOne of the BEST service experiences! Thank you to James Brown (the Godfather of Chevy Service, LOL!) and the service team for helping a broken down out-of-towner get his Duramax Silverado going again! On Friday of a 3-day weekend, slotted me in, got the needed parts and made sure we were well informed of progress on the repair the whole time. In at 9:30AM and back on the road by 3:30PM. I am so completely demoralized by the service I have received from our local, small town Suburban Chevrolet. I was blatantly lied to TWICE about my vehicle and the repair service I was receiving. My estimate and final bill we're fudged as well. I am not usually one to put stuff like this on Facebook but it's so disheartening to the point that I pray none of my friends or family go there. I will NEVER go back there again. Please share with your friends and family!! 💞
No high pressure sales attempt
Have all of the tools to service vehicles you sell. Brought my Silverado 1500 in for a transmission flush, then they called and said they could not do the flush because they did not have the fittings for the machine , really , you are a chevy dealer and how many trucks have you sold.

I purchased a car brand new from this dealership and have been consistently surprised at the really awful service i have gotten. extremely pushy and useless/ uninformed sales staff (Michael was my salesman). very unfriendly service staff i would not recommend to anyone.
