My recent visit was a great experience. My hygienist was very nice and was gentle through the whole cleaning. No pain at all. Hope shes my hygienist again.
Was somewhat disappointed at the very beginning when I received a phone call asking me if I was going to keep my appointment because I was late. I informed the person that my appointment was confirmed for 0830 via text, and for some reason your office said it was at 0810. I told the person who called me to just cancel my appointment, because according to you all if I was late then for sure I would not be able to make it in otherwise. Doctor Alesandro Vallone, his nurses, hygienists and front office personnel are ALL very consistent. They always start right on time and finish in a timely manner. They are very thorough and friendly and helpful even when we have had to call for an emergency on the weekend. I highly recommend Dr Vallone and his staff for family dentistry.
