Poor, impersonal, clinic-like environment with an unfriendly staff that has no clue to what good customer service is. Access to simply talk to the doctor was like going through a brick wall, unless of course, you paid your co-pay and scheduled. Worst doctor/patient relationship year I've had with a physician and office staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Good honest doctor. I've been seeing Dr. Diatte for 10 years. My three boys and my wife have also used this practice. He's a bit loud and quirky, but he's thorough and a bit funny. I liked how he took good care of my teenagers. It's a good practice. He does give a dang about his patients care and well-being.
He is the best. My family and extended family have been going to him for 22 years. He caught my cancer in the early stages. He takes great care of my 90-year-old mother-in-law. You won't find many doctors like him.
This doctor could not even diagnose an ear infection. Abuses his staff also. Terrible place.
I have been going to Dr Duarte since 1994 he is a fantastic doctor if there is anything wrong that needs treatment he sends you to where you need to go . if you are really sick he calls the life squad for you you don't have to wait long to see him .THE GIRLS OUT FRONT ARE GREAT AND THEY WORK WITH YOU TO GET YOU IN THE NURSES ARE GREAT HELP WHEN NEEDED.I WOULD RECOMEND DR.DIATTE TO ANYONE
His bedside manner is horrible, there is new staff everytime you go because he is difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!!
