I think I need to voice a concern. I had a first time appt. today with Dr. Christopher Diatte. The text alert was for 11AM. I had an emergency at work and would have been a few minutes past 11AM. Unfortunately I could leave the call, having to fix project problems.I called on my way to Dr. Diatte's office and was listed as a 'no show' for Dr. Diatte presently and likely in the future to see Dr. That means maybe I would or would not see Dr. Diatte at all, ever. He's a loud talker and doesn't listen to you or even ask questions to know what's going on with you. He will try to diagnose you without any details. My advice is run and find a different doctor.
The staff (especially Barbara) is very rude. This is not a medical office that cares about your health. This is a business just trying to make as much money as they can.
I've been coming to his practice for 21 years and had my family come here as well. I'm sad to say I'm now canceling. They obviously turned into corporate facility with a rudeness included at the front desk. Specifically the women at the front desk. I retired from a 30-year career and left Anthem insurance now I have my own business with Golden Rule (united healthcare) insurance and I'm using my HSA. I am always amazed that Doctor Diatti spends the right amount of time with me and answers all my questions. I don't ever feel rushed and always feel respected. I would highly recommend Doctor Diatti.
Efficient, effective & thorough. Good bedside manner, listens well & very knowledgeable.
