I received multiple communications in the spring from the office where it was stated they were moving to another location. They then stated to disregard that and any future communication regarding a move. Weeks later I got another message about a move, and as they instructed, I disregarded the message. I have been a patient of Dr. Inserras for a few years now. She is, hands down, my favorite doctor. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest and sweet. She takes the time to listen to each patient. Not only does she listen to your every concern but she gets to know you as a person, too. She truly shows she cares about her patients which I think is becoming a rarity in the medical profession. It's so obvious that Dr. Inserra began her career as a Registered Nurse. She has a very caring nature and a genuine concern for her patients. She's a lovely lady...warm and personable. As a physician, she's the most competent dermatologist I've ever chosen! She examines every nook and cranny where there could be a cancer hiding, and I appreciate her thorough examinations. I took my 16 year old daughter to Dr. Inserra over the summer for issues related to a rare disease this doctor claimed to be familiar with. Not only was Dr. Inserra NOT familiar with her condition (she pretended to be but everything she stated was so far misinformed) she also made this the most uncomfortable appointment we’ve ever experienced in a lifetime. Best Derm in the ‘Burgh! I have had 3 cancers and she has found them all when my other Derm missed them . Thorough, friendly and great bed-side manner. I would highly recommend her!
