Had a great first experience having my Maltipoo groomed and kennelled for a few days. They were very professional and did an excellent job! I will definitely be back!

This woman has no idea how to deal with animals, or deal with customer service. Push her out of town!
After seeing how absolutely immature the owner of this company reacted to a customer problem, I will make sure to go out of my way to tell everyone I know to NEVER take their pet to Diana's Personal Touch. If Diana is this unprofessional when dealing with customers, she is obviously unprofessional and incompetent to take care of any living animal.
too many horror stories will never take an animal there, how can you trust people with your animal when they don't listen to what the owners want
