We just love Diana's Personal Touch! I have 2 Rottie's and one of them gets nervous. Jen was able to keep her calm when giving her a bath and she looked great when we picked her up.
The attitude of some staff when something is spoken of that they did wrong is not necessary. Take responsibility for your actions and learn from mistakes. Don't blame the pet owners. Apologise and make it right.

I took my dog to Diana‘s personal touch and boarding and grooming and when I picked him up clean and happy it felt really good to know that I had some place to take my dog when I was away. I would take my dog here anytime I needed to board or groom him�
Our Maltese Max is almost 13 and we have had him groomed at Diana's all of his life! Always love the cut and the attention he receives! He doesn't like to go but when he's finished we are always pleased! And very clean environment too
Cleanest kennels with the best staff! Great with any animal! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
