Our pup is always looks forward to going there! And has helped her socialize with other dogs👍🏻👍🏻

Our Great Dane has been going there since she was a small pup. Her time there has helped socialize her. Lola always comes home happy and tuckered out. We'll continue to use Diana's whenever we board our dog. They do a great job.

I adore Diana's kennel! They love and adore my pup when I'm gone. I'm so lucky to have them! I took my dog for her second visit and she was so excited:) It reminded me of how loved she was on her first visit. There is nothing better then knowing your baby is happy when you aren't there, but clearly, she's VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU to the team at Diana's for making my family feel so loved. We appreciate you! Ps I know my dog is a stinker so I REALLY LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU!
Took my cat there to get lion cut and his first groom ever. Went to pick him up and his whiskers were pretty much completely shaved off. "Oops his head got in the way" OK I can see that happening for one side. Not both. And they were shaved down to about a half an inch in both sides. A cats whiskers are super important to them. Plus, The shave looks terrible. They told me he was a good cat and had very little issues with him. So..... whiskers????? I am sorry you did not like the lion cut you requested which is a shave down of the body. You should have said something before you left so we might have remedied it.
Are you allowed to stay with your dog while he is being groomed?
While traveling in the Traverse City, MI area recently with our dachshund, we planned an all day trip that taking her would be difficult. We found Diana's went for a visit of the facility and decided to leave our Bella with them for the day and overnight. When we picked her up the next day, she was happy and obviously well taken care of. The next time we are n the area, we have certainly found the place that we feel confident with our dog. Thanks, to Diana and her staff.
