We love taking our dog here. Best place ever. He goes for day care and over night stays. The best part of it all is he comes home so exhausted from playing all day and not full of crazy puppy energy!!! The staff there are great they know when he needs a time out to relax or he would go non stop.
We left our dog here for one night, saying we'd be back in town around 4 pm the next day. We show up and no one is around and all of the dogs are left unattended. We knocked on all of the doors, called 10 times, and even walked around the property. Not a soul in sight. Its been 4 hours now. If you are in care of somebody else's pet and they have no possible way to get in contact with you, you're doing a pretty terrible job. I even went to message Diana on Facebook and still no response. We will never take our dog here again ... read more

If you remember your phone conversation with my employee , that is why she knew she was going to have a problem. There was someone in the back ground yelling about how they think my kennel should be ran. You know how it went down. It's best if a customer is unhappy to try and please them however you can. Some people you can't please. And as far as us being gone you have no idea what your talking about. I do know that other boarding facilities would love to have you. Best Groomer ever! My babies are always excited to arrive and look and feel fabulous when they leave! Goose is always getting complements on his soft shiny coat and River too! We owe that to the extreme care taken by Karrissa to ensure their skin and coats are in tip top shape! Thanks for taking such good care of our boys!
Diana is wonderful, our pets have been groomed and boarded with Diana for years and it is always a good experience for everyone.
First time I went to Diana's, snowball needed a bath and some serious brushing. Was not sure how snowball was going to react, it was the first time for her ever at a groomer, but she did great thanks to Jennifer. She did a wonderful job, she was very kind, helpful and understanding. We love her and it's a nice place. Definitely recommend it. Thanks!!!
I was in TC for a wedding and needed a place to kennel my 5 mo old dog for 2 days. The people that I talked with were kind and reassuring in taking care of my dog. My dog needed to be on a bland diet and take an antibiotic and I was reassured that they would take care of her. The kennel was clean I was happy that she was in a good place. I would highly recommend them.
