AWESOME GROOMING! – This place was great with my baby (my maltese of 6 years). The owner loved on her and groomed her exactly like I asked. My dog was soooo happy when she left there and she wasn't shaking like she always was at the places I've taken her too before. I loved this place and won't go anywhere else as long as I'm living in Austin.
Fantastic service with lots of TLC! – After searching for a year, we found Shelly and Brian and our "girls" could not be happier. We knew we had found kind hearts and loving hands when we watched Else snuggle up into Shelly's neck and Shelly put her face next to her to reassure her. Whatever we ask for, whether it is a shorter cut or advice on dog shampoo, Shelly is always helpful and courteous. The Absolute BEST!!! – I've been taking my precious, little Yorkie (Fox) to Shelly for 8 years and wouldn't think of letting anyone else touch her. Not only is Shelly the best groomer I've ever used in my 35 years of owning Yorkies, but she also has an extensive backgroud in working with veteranarians. Awesome PAWsome – Awesome team, Bryan and Shelly are the best Groomers in Austin.....can't lose taking your beloved animals to Diamonds in the RUFF. Great service, Great price, friendly owners big hearts and you can tell they really LOVE all the animals that come through their doors. Ask about their TOBY he's my favorite little critter and always on site. Can't go wrong they are the best around.
Best pet grooming in Austin – My dogs have been going to see Shelley for over 10 years and her shop is highly recommeded! Friendly service, careful attention to the dogs' fur and skin, and real love of dogs makes this the place to go.

We used this company for awhile and as the months went by service and attitude got worse – I would never reccommend this service. We watched how she treated our dogs and how she spoke to us as a bother. We paid for a monthky service and missed several appointments, HOWEVER we paid her anyway because we missed the appointment. Today she was kurt, rude and said she was going to raise the price because she did not like that we put her out.
