I have a small intimate salon. One groomer/owner who you and your dog will get to know, not that big box, many groomer atmosphere. Specializing in Min. Schnauzers, Bichons, Shih Tzu's and Yorkies. Styles done to YOUR request. All grooming's come complete with anal glands expressed, ears plucked and cleaned, and toenails trimmed at no extra charge. Espree brand shampoos and medicated baths. Diamonds In the Ruff Grooming Service – I tried Diamonds in the Ruff for the first time a while back based on the reviews and I have to say that the reviews were very accurate. Our malti-pooh looked fabulous and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely take my dog back. It was much better than Pets Smart and more friendly too.
Excellent service! – After reading all the great reviews about Shelly, I took my one year-old Schnorkie (Schnauzer/Yorkie mix) to Diamonds in the Ruff to be groomed for the first time. I'm so glad I did. Shelly did a wonderful job and my dog looks adorable. The service was fast and she was ready for pick up even sooner than I had expected. I'm thrilled to have found Shelly. Highly recommended.
Fast, easy, affordable! – Over the past 3 years I've had 3 different dogs that I have taken to Shelly. One was very particular about her feet, the next a very shy rescue, and the last very picky about who she lets pick her up, also a rescue. They have all come home excited and prancing about the house feelin' good and looking great. What happen to Customer Service – Posted 4/6/2010 We used this company for awhile and as the months went by service and attitude got worse This was publish by another user in 2007 and I strongly agree.

In both cases, customers who don't show for appointments where told the service could not continue. I'm not sure who is more rude the people who don't show repeatedly for appointments or the business owner who will not take any more appointments from that customer.Respect works both ways!

Wow! – Shelly did a great job on our poodles, but the most important thing to note is that both of our dogs were noticeably calm and at ease when we picked them up. This means a great deal to us, and lets us know that Shelly really knows how to treat our pets. We will definitely come back (in fact we've already made our next appointment).
YOu must go to this awesome groomer! – Papu's visit was very personal. Shelly not only provided an awesome cut for my mini schnauzer but also made professional recommendations in regards to Papu's care. Papu was very calm when he came out and I know she took excellent care of him. I highly recommend her and am definitely going back for many more visits.
