Great customer service at the Lincoln city store. I've been dealing with them for a couple years now and this time I went in to buy a wedding ring (with my whole family 2 girls under age of 3 yrs and future wife) they took my oldest which shocked me and played with her until we left the store. My future wife can't ever make her mind up and they did awesome with her. Once you shop there you WILL NOT GO TO A FRED MYERS AGAIN I promise that. Looking forward to buying more there.
Poor customer service in the Newport Store. Very dissatisfied, it is really too bad because I always like to support local businesses!
