I am very disappointed that this company will not refund something that is of zero use. Randy bought a pair of earrings for $980.00 and I called to return them and they told me that they do absolutely zero refunds in the entire store? I do not wear jewelry and I do not want these earrings they are of zero value to me and I wanted to return them. They told me that they won't but they would allow a in-store credit! Like Really?? My fiancé got a beautiful ring from an estate case and one to match for him the price was amazing! Then he went back in and had them make 2 rings together to be a guard around the engagement ring! Absolutely gorgeous. Any issues we have ever had they took care of us and our jewelry! I love the Lincoln city crew! The gentleman who works on jewelry is amazing and caring! Made sure my ring was what it needed to be! Just love them all: I will include a photo of our rings
