My husband got me the most beautiful diamond ring from Diamond By Design. All great people.
They provided me with the worst customer service ever! They sent me a piece of shit ring in the mail which is NOT what I had asked for. They ran my credit card even after consent had been withdrawn but said they did so because of 'good faith'. They started the transaction without being paid and when I cancelled they ran my credit card info. Buyer beware!!!
Marcia and Dan and every employee if Diamond by Design are my angels. They have made a very terrible time in my life be a little brighter. Thank you so much for the memories I will have of my son and of the special people you all are. May god bless you all
