Diamonds by Design was excellent to work with when finding the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. They ordered several diamonds in for me to look at and educated me on each one. I think the commercials are cute. My 9 year old however... sees your commercials and gets upset. I asked him what was wrong? He asked why Marsha is always rude and mean to diamond Dan? When he tries to sing along the ladies close the visor in the limo to shut him out. Or when the girls try to send diamond dan off in a box. I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about Diamonds By Design! After visiting all of the jewelry stores in Topeka, and being unimpressed with customer service, we walked into Diamonds By Design. They created the most beautiful custom ring for us, and worked hard to not only stay within our budget, but to truly create the ring of my dreams. All of the staff is so helpful and kind. I wouldn't trust my jewelry to anyone else!
Dan, Marcia, and staff went above and beyond with my wifes 'mothers ring'. Even though we ordered after Thanksgiving, it was ready weeks befor Christmas. She loves it, and wears it daily. Great jewelry, even better people!
