Had a little mishap with my truck today, they put a dent in the rear fender, I got an quote to get it fixed and a check to get it done, first class people, been going since it first opened and will go back.
Making an appointment to get a vehicle tune up and getting told you will set here for hours because basically your appointment just means a day you can bring it in. They said they do walk in oil changes then get to appointments, not first come first serve just which ever one they bring in. While waiting several people come in and say Andy said to bring it in so they are told I'll squeeze you in which means now everyone else with the supposed appointment will wait even longer!! I have always received excellent service ever since Andy started up. No matter where in Alaska I have lived, I was willing to drive to Wasilla for my oil changes or service (from Fairbanks, Homer, and Anchorage).
I can always trust the work I have done at Mr Lube.
Awesome service! Nice and knowledgable team. In fact, these hard workers are also great locating misplaced vehicles... I accidentally dropped my husbands truck off @Midas where I was treated as though we had an appt today, so I left our Black Beauty there. Hubby calls @ 5:00pm: Kim. Where did you leave my truck lol?!??? Mr. Lube STILL kept our appt and finished (this comedy gold event I will never live down) in record time. Thank you guys and gals! Appreciate you all Happy Friday!
The girls at the front counter are so helpful and knowledgeable. The crew in the back are friendly and hardworking and the mechanics do great work. It shows because you have to schedule an appointment to get in. Worth the wait. And of course the owners, Andy and Stephanie and Margaret the manager are top notch. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.
