Great customer service and prices!
New ownership price gouging has begun. A good buddy of mine had a set of airplane tires serviced. The tubes inside the tire were destroyed and the price that was quoted at $41 per tire was raised to $100 per tire. The new owner was kind enough to call him and share this wonderful new with him. Needless to say, he will be picking up his damaged tires and going somewhere else. I strongly recommend you start looking for a new place to service your tire and automotive needs. They were super busy when I got there and I almost left but decided to go in and see if I could get my oil changed, the ladies at the counter were very friendly and were able to get me right in. I didn’t have to wait very long and they had me on my way. I will definitely be back👍
Went to Mr. Lube to get studded tires changed over to summer tires. There was no wait for tires, per my own visual and per the lady behind the counter. At an hours time I asked how much longer. She went out and checked and said they were working on the car as we spoke. Current status...still waiting (20 min and counting)! I will never come back here again! Wow. If you care AT ALL about your vehicle, DO NOT COME HERE. I would not bring my vehicles here again even if they offered me free oil changes for LIFE! This week I brought both of my vehicles in for overall checkup, fluid refill, oil change, etc. In my Ford Explorer, they said everything was great and filled the tires with a bit of air. These tires have been just fine all summer. The very next day I go out to my car, and it has a flat tire. The valve is broken and leaking air.
