Got there two hours before closing time, told they were closing because it was "slow". Extremely unprofessional.

I was charged a $36 Up Charge for synthetic oil, this was not disclosed prior to the oil change, so I payed $92.81 for an oil change. I understand it's about $2 a qt more in the stores, but I can also do business elsewhere. Sorry Mr Lube, you lost my business.
