My specific medical philosophy is that your time is as important as my time is. Because of this I strive to run on time. You should be in and out of my office within 45 minutes. However, the downside of our technique is my receptionists spend more time speaking with patients gathering information. It's impossible to run on time if you're trying to put a square problem in a circular slot. If we work in a patient who states that they have woken up with an upper respiratory tract infection but when they arrive they also a slew ... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Diamond for 21 Years. Firstly, I have never waited for more than five minutes to be seen, which is something I have never experienced in any of my other doctor’s appointments. Scheduling is not an issue as well. I often get an appointment for the same week and often the same day when it’s urgent. He takes the time to ask questions in detail and explains things throughly. Never been disappointed with a diagnosis or referral . The staff of Mari, Maria & Yanetsy are as efficient as they are courteou... read more
Been my family doctor for over 35 years. Found my kidney cancer and is just the best. Cannot praise him enough. Never liked going to doctors but he always makes me feel comfortable.
Dr. Diamond is an amazing doctor. He has been our family PCP for more than 30 years. As for the office staff...they definitely need to learn how to provide customer service. When it comes to the office manager, RUDE is an understatement. I decided years ago to give what I get. You hard time me, I give it back to you. But, I would not let her obnoxiousness take away from his professionalism, and care. Get past the front office, and you will be pleased.
My wife and I also left Dr. Diamond recently due to the same issue previously posted. The office staff (Mrs. Diamond) is extremely rude and antiquated. You can tell that SHE is the one calling the shots not the doctor. You can't even get a call back from Dr. Diamond, and she is the supreme leader of the whole operation and it is at her sole discretion whether you can ask a question or not. Dr. Diamond cares more the opinion of the masses than to treat each patient individually. Not everyone has the same issues, nor medical h... read more
My husband and I finally had it in 2019 with the blatantly rude and inefficient office staff. (Here's a clue - turns out Mrs. Diamond runs the office, and has created a sublimely toxic environment for everyone there.) Dr. Diamond is adequate (did you get his worn photocopy, saying not to eat pizza?) but frankly he completely missed 3 serious health issues my husband was having, that were caught by the nurse practitioner in the practice we switched to. (She actually studied the blood work and paid attention.) The last draw wa... read more
I have been going to Dr. Diamond since 1996 and I consider him a GREAT doctor. He’s the real deal and has a great personality and will tell you the truth about what you should and should not be doing. He won’t prescribe meds just for the sake of it and he really cares about his patients. He’s exactly what you want in a Doctor. Plus he’s a big UM football fan so that goes a long way ??
Dr. Diamond is an old fashioned doctor, very thorough and methodical and possibly OCD. There are no computer charts and you must fill out numerous pages of information and provide medical records (many times as they could not find them). There is nothing bad about the physician except the way he runs his practice. The staff is rude and you can not communicate anything through them to the doctor. For a primary physician this is a very dangerous situation as the patient needs to be able to say and receive feedback of medical e... read more
Unfortunately, this practice has been going down more and more......solely based off of still using paper charting, does not call in renewals or send via electronically and his wife who runs the front desk is HORRIBLE!!!! No manners when greeting the patients who comes in for their appts, is rude in her tone to them. I have never ever had to mail in a hard copy renewal prescription to a mail by order home pharmacy thru Cigna, now Express Scripts. Even the rep on the phone couldn't believe it because I had to ask for a mailin... read more
Dr. Diamond is a doctor that truly cares about your health. He listens to your concerns and asks informed questions. The wait time for a scheduled appointment has never been more than 15 minutes. In addition they are usually able to accommodate an emergency/sick appointment on the same day. The office associates are always courteous and very helpful. I can't tell you how wonderful this practice is, they are a true blessing for medical care.
