My specific medical philosophy is that your time is as important as my time is. Because of this I strive to run on time. You should be in and out of my office within 45 minutes. However, the downside of our technique is my receptionists spend more time speaking with patients gathering information. It's impossible to run on time if you're trying to put a square problem in a circular slot. If we work in a patient who states that they have woken up with an upper respiratory tract infection but when they arrive they also a slew ... read more

Dr. Diamond has been my internist for 25 plus years and has always treated me thoroughly yet conservatively. He does not recommend medications or tests freely. The office staff is professional yet friendly and they do their best to get your appointment when you need it
Minimal wait; professional examination.
Dr. Diamond is thorough with his examinations. He takes time to listen and answers all questions you have. He takes time with each patient and is not rushing from patient to patient. His office staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. If they say they will call you back, they do and if you leave a message you get a return call within a timely manner.
I’ve heard nothing but great things about Dr. Diamond from friends and colleagues, which is why I decided to switch primary physicians this year. This review unfortunately has more to do with his Office Manager than with him, as she made it extremely difficult to make an appointment to see him as a new patient. Her approach was rude and condescending. It’s unfortunate that she is representing Dr. Diamond, who I hear is a great doctor, but I would rather see someone else than deal with her.
I wouldn’t take my dog to Dr. Diamond. Very unprofessional, as well as his staff. My husband has been going to him for years and when asked by my pharmacist as well as my husband, to call in a substitute for Atenolol (nationwide shortage), He was told he would have to come in for an office visit to the tune of $135.00. My husband still had 2 refills on his prescription. Clearly, this doctor is all about money! Front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional! This man needs to retire!
I saw Dr. Diamond once and I thought he was a very thorough doctor; he takes the time to listen. However, I recently tried to make an appointment and his office manager was so unprofessional, rude and irresponsible. She said she was going to check my insurance and when I call back she hadn't checked and I lost the day of the appointment, she previously said, was available due to her negligence. She argued with me on the phone and hung up on me. I would never do business with people like this!
I've been a patient of Dr. Diamond for more than 20 years. His professionalism and patient care is as good, if not better, than I've exoerienced previously. His facility is clean and welcoming, his staff is caring and professional. Wait time has never been more than 5-20 minutes. Dr. Diamond gives me the time to let him know what's my issue(s) without hurrying me. He answers all my questions and makes sure I understand diagnosis, treatment plan, and any follow up needed.
Been a patient for many years. Dr Diamond is experienced, intelligent, focused and caring.
