I took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ in for what had registered at a turbo charger problem back in early June. When tests were conducted Diamond Hills concluded that was the issue. So they changed my Turbo Charger and many other parts and after $1850 I drove away (after they had my car for over a week) as the engine light immediately came back on. So I took it back. They come back to me that now it’s going to be $300 for an air flow sensor. So in frustration I tell they’ve now had my car over two weeks collectively for these visits and I feel as thought I’m getting ripped off. So they decide to not charge me labor. So instead it’s $150. Absolutely the worst customer service. The check engine light came on in my 2018 2500hd so I take it in and service tells me they have to order a glow plug it will take 7-10 days and they would call me when the part came in. During this time still go ahead and drive it. Never offered a courtesy vehicle. My truck did not drive well and got horrible MPG during the whole time till it was actually fixed. By the way service never called me. After 15 days went by my wife tried to contact and left message with no return call. My wife and I wanted to thank Donald Craig for his time and patience while shopping for our new truck. We arrived later than expected and never once felt rushed or pressured. Donald was very straightforward with all the numbers while making sure we understood. We apologize for being there past closing while Donald was patiently showing us the new features while everyone basically went home for the night. Sam in finance was easy going and respected our choices during financing and the general manager was great when we had concerns. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he wore a hat.
