I took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ in for what had registered at a turbo charger problem back in early June. When tests were conducted Diamond Hills concluded that was the issue. So they changed my Turbo Charger and many other parts and after $1850 I drove away (after they had my car for over a week) as the engine light immediately came back on. So I took it back. Absolutely the worst customer service. The check engine light came on in my 2018 2500hd so I take it in and service tells me they have to order a glow plug it will take 7-10 days and they would call me when the part came in. During this time still go ahead and drive it. Never offered a courtesy vehicle. My truck did not drive well and got horrible MPG during the whole time till it was actually fixed.
