Promise of 2 yr XM & Onstar with lease. They ended 1 month later. Can't get ahold of manager. Horrible experience and dishonest customer service.
We paid $1,050 for supposed repairs to our car, that were not performed and for parts that were supposedly purchased and replaced in the vehicle but we're not. I've tried to set up appointment with Bob Knight the service manager but he has not gotten back to me with an appointment or meeting time. We were swindled / duped. We want our money back.
Jesse is amazing. We have challenging circumstances to say the least, and he worked hard to help us. We came in yesterday and we couldn't come to agreeable terms. We got a call today to come back and he worked all morning and last night to find a lender that would work with us. They were very pleasant. Everyone was professional and worked extra hard to meet our demands. Oh yeah I love my new Terrain. Robert Hill was very good as was Larry Lee and Mike Valesques. I highly recommend this friendly well run dealership. I will be back.
