After my visit with Dr.Urban yesterday, he thought it better to be admitted and start treatments. I have suffered from migraines for 18 yrs. The staff is wonderful and I love the black out window cover (I'd love to have one @ home). As soon as I feel a migraine coming on, they r attentive and do their best to help me and get me better. This is my 1st full day here but am very pleased with the results I am getting. Thank u for helping me get my life back!
This group was awesome for my wife's first visit a year ago, but this second visit they were a joke. They kicked my wife out while still having a migraine because they could not get a iv in her arm. So they sent her home with no meds and told her to take the meds she was taking before she went there. This place is a scam to get money, once they have what they can get they show you the door no matter your condition.
I love Diamond, I have never had a doctor take the time to actually care and remember personal information from previous appointments. All of my concerns are always addressed and i have been much more successful in managing my disease
Never had a prescription refilled on time. NEVER. Why the fuck would a person have to go through withdrawals from needed medicine EVERY fucking month ? Because you're working with an over paid, under worked doctor. I'm in a rage right now. Every month the medicine is late. Every month withdrawals happen until the doctor is hounded down. So unprofessional. So infuriating.
Dr Torphy was great! He took the time to really sit and ask questions with my daughter. I felt he was very patient and really tried to understand the root of her migraines. We follow up in a month. So far we are happy with our care from the Diamond Clinic.
This place is awesome! Best care I have gotten for the trauma headaches I suffer from!
I have struggled with migraines for the past 25 years. The started out as daily headaches and have gradually changed into full blown cluster migraines with rebound and aura.
