The docs and nurses are very good at what they do but the office staff is RUDE and UNHELPFUL. Every time I come in, I'm forced to pay $300 or more upfront, then the clinic bills my insurance company, which typically pays most of the charges, so I'm always due a refund. IT TAKES THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT MONTHS TO RETURN OVER-PAYMENTS! I call and call, and each time I'm lied to - they say they've mailed out the refund, but then weeks go by and I don't get it. I have been a patient of Dr Urban's for 15+ years. He is always a professional yet understanding, listens to me as the patient. His support staff is awesome, anytime i have needed to call they have responded within a reasonable time. I went to the Diamond Head Ache Clinic in high school. I began getting them really bad recently and decided to go back. Everyone was very nice. Doctors were very thorough and came up with a plan to help prevent and treat my migraines. I'm very confident in the plan they have for me and I look forward to my follow-up visit in a month.
Our daughter has suffered since she was 7. This year she missed most of her 6th grade year. At 11 she had no quality of life! Thank you Dr. Torphy and the amazing staff and nurses!
