Very Prompt, excellent service. No hard sell.
Don stayed with it to get the job done and done right. It was a bit more expensive than I had hoped but he had the right replacement parts on the service truck and we were able to get the tub up and running before the big deep freeze hit the next day. Good job all around.

He responded directly after leaving a message regarding an estimate and arrived at the scheduled time - not a minute past. He did not try to up-sell or price gouge me in anyway. He even took a few additional calls on questions I had regarding my spa and offered his advice.
