Don returned my call in less than an hour and were able to look at my project in the same day. He needed to get a part, so returned the next day, as scheduled, and was knowledgeable and efficient. He billed the estimated amount an was very pleasant.

Don told us that he cracked the ceiling because it was old. I have pictures, before he fixed it, that show it was not a break but a cut. I also went over how he was to use the soffit for the air to be released. He vented it directly into the insulation which would have definitely caused mold issues. When I confronted him, he told me it did not need to be vented out side of the attic. I told him I would get a lawyer if he would not address it and he said, "Fxxx Yxx". Business response:

Well when we completed the job they were extremely happy with the work and signed the invoice stating so. Later there check can back marked insufficient funds and we had to turn it into collections. That's when we became the bad guys and everything we did was wrong. We tried to reach out to them but they won't take are call's. I have carried a Master Electrical Licence and liability insurance since 1992.
