Was prompt. Very curteous of my home. Got right to work and when i asked for an extra service was happy to do it. Great value for the money. would hire them again.

He over charged us for 1 hours work, $217.70; I do not trust the company. It is not the quality of work it is the fact he takes advantage of customers after the work is completed. He was 20 minutes late, walks in and tells us it was Home Advisor's fault.

I have no idea who this person is. It was not our company that did the work. I asked for a copy of the invoice and they can't produce one.
Quick response and work was completed to my satisfaction.
He called me and said he could come in two days. Did not state there would be a minimum charge. Called me at work the day of the repair and said he was done. Two wires were hocked up wrong. He had told me he would give me an estimate before any repair. Instead he went ahead and fixed it and charged us over $135 for less then 15 min. of work. Then told my wife I had approved the repair and demanded payment with out my approval. Do not hire this guy!

A service call is $125 it doesn't matter if we are there 15 min or two hours. That's what he was quoted for is one service call. We can give an estimate once we find the problem but there was no additional charges needed. So we did the repairs and charged them for one service call. I don't know why they are so upset. They stopped payment on the check and we just dropped it. So they managed to get the work done for free.
