He charged $150 to hang a simple chandelier in an existing can, but it was about 20 feet up. I didn?t mind that, but he charged $50 to put in a new fuse (additional $25 for the actual fuse) and wanted $150 to put in one can light in a ceiling under a large attic space. The work he did was good, but it seemed expensive on replacing the fuse since I felt I had already covered his ?trip fee? in the cost of the chandelier.
