Don was very professional and very helpful in getting our spa fixed.
he was prompt and very helpful. i would use him again and recommend him to anyone. Even though the problem ended up being different than i originally thought he was able to take care of it.
Diamond Electric are great electricians but should not repair hot tubs!!! They are very nice and wonderful people but are not hot tub specialists. I have no doubts that he is fabulous at interior residential work but he should not work on hot tubs. He said that the thermostat for my hot tub was not available so he found a different one. The alternate thermostate required him to reroute the entire electric system of my hot tub and move the location of the themostat to a very unconventional place. In response to the review this customer wrote, I feel the need to explain a few things. We have been doing hot tub repairs for over 20 years. The customer owns a hot tub that they no longer manufacture, therefore after much research, we could not find the thermostat for this specific hot tub so we had to substitute it. The customer seemed fine with the price I quoted her up front and the situation and after I checked back with her to make sure everything was working okay. I was having trouble with the ozone emission. Don looked at the hottub and noticed that a hose had become disconnected. He fixed the hose at no cost. Very friendly service.
It was quick and I have no worries that the job was done correctly. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
Diamond Electric was very fast in figuring out the problem. As well they did excellent work on my electrical problem. I would recommend them to anyone in need of repair to wiring or any other electrical work on their home.
