very prompt and reasonable. Job ended up costing more then original bid once he figured out what was wrong, but for the amount of time he spent on the project, the new price seemed more then fair. Would recomend again!!
I had to purchase the correct electrical switches since he had none in his van. He had a very brusk attitude that I found offensive and rude. One of the switches in the entryway does not work because he replaced it with a 3-way switch but did not replace the corresponding switch in the hall. Will have to call someone else to correct his error. Will not be calling him again for service.

I had none of the switches in my van because these were black switches that Julie was changing herself. When she created a short in the circuit, she called us. We gave her a quote for a service call and set up an appt. I think it irritated her that I was able to find her problem and fix it as quickly as I did and still charge her for a service call. I installed 10 to 15 more devices at no extra charge to her. I followed up with a call within 48 hrs., which is my policy, and she indicated everything was fine. I'm suprise... read more

Great service
They were good, and when we had to call them back for a follow up service a couple weeks later, we were not charged since it was the same as the first problem. That was a big relief and unusual for an electrician.

Don was very prompt. he did the work and also did some other work that needed done. I was impressed by his professionalism in all of the work he did. I will hire him again if I need help.
Very helpful, efficient, and kind. Did the work without a lot of wasted time. I'd recommend him and/or use him again.
